Please be aware that these notes were taken after the event where drink was taken, but nonetheless it's great work!

Lionel Road
50 mill. Need 30 as we will probably sell Griffin Park for 20 mill. Ground share with rugby club will probably have to happen. Barretts pulling out means there is a hole. Negotiations happening at the moment.

Dugouts
Close season they are probably going to be moved back to Braemar Road.

Kit
Needs to be Cheaper. Once a year. Due to Puma. They charge club too much. We will change deal once this deal is up.

Marketing
Was a bit blah blah. Club doesn't actually have a marketing budget as such. So pull money from here and there. Engaging in more social networking and online stuff in future. Wants to do another above the line thing (like the bus) next season.

Logan
Uwe looking to make him midfielder it sounds like. He took Logan out of right back because he was a bit small and lightweight. Needed taller right backs. Pushed him into midfield and he was a revelation. Contract is up end of season and the 2nd season is not automatically triggered because of the injuries he had so he hasn't met the number of games. So uwe has to make a choice in the next few weeks.

Reeves
Had Injuries. Won't throw him in the deep end. The way he was speaking he's a bit away from first team due to inexperience.

Olympics
No sporting events. Olympic act. This Is law. During Olympics we will have to play away from home. Closed door friendlies are being considered but hard to get decent teams to play you behind closed doors. Carling cup week commencing 13th will be first home first game. If we have a home game 18th it may not happen. Could have home game run at end of season.

Kevin O'Connor
Next season he'll be back fully fit. He impressed how brilliant and professional he is and how hard he has been training to get back to fitness. Start training with team in next couple of weeks.

Forester
He has lower back problems but physio team is working on that to strengthen it.

Season tickets
Made some sort of excuse for rises. Can't keep everyone happy basically.

Benham
2014 and poss sooner he will be taking over.Contracts this summer may go beyond 2014 so they will need to have some way of guaranteeing those wages. Hence Benham will probably step in sooner.

Sheffield Wednesday
Club thought to give them extra tickets. But decided against it and hope fans will turn up instead. If they don't, we will have to really look at a similar situation next time to give away fans more tickets. Weds also rejected extra tickets this week as they are resigned to 3rd place.

Dyke
Role of influence. Non exec chairman. Benham doesn't want to be chairman.

Games
Uwe likes night games. Fri night is a poss but you have to get other team to agree. May try to trial Monday games.

Pitch
Gonna reseed. New pitch like Wycombe for new stadium with that special stuff which is hard wearing which rugby teams play on. Rugby needs to come to share ground. Due to Wasps - I think it was - demise ... Our potential ground share isn't happening.

Academy
Decision made to get good quality staff. Paid well. So there is a lot of money going into the academy. We have to do things right. It will take time but players will come through ... Mentioned some prospects like Manny O and Reeves and others ...Category 2 ... Which is a very good standard Brentford 3 or 4 championship players wages wise. The rest league one wages. Other teams 16 plus championship players - wage wise

Leaders
Too young at times. Six months ago lose Notts County game. But we are Learning.But yes looking for more experience.

Discipline good this season.
