Oldham Preview

Oldham Preview

Oldham Athletic are Brentford's next League One opponents at Griffin Park this Saturday (22nd September).

Uwe Rosler confirmed after the Bournemouth game that midfielder Harry Forrester - who scored a corking equaliser at Dean Court - would be starting the game.

The composition of the rest of our midfield quartet remains a secret but Tom Adeymi will be desperate to play against the team he played for on loan last season. Beesotted suspects that Adam Forshaw and Jonathan Douglas will make up the four.

Antoine Gounet will hopefully be fit to return to the bench as cover for Simon Moore but Richard Lee remains injured. Jake Bidwell apparently played in goal as a youth and is our emergency keeper!

Whilst some fans have been calling for the return of Leon Legge at the heart of defence we believe Uwe will continue to partner Tony Craig alongside the impressive Harlee Dean.

Former Bees loanee Robbie Simpson (pictured, golden hair) is now at Oldham but has been in an out of their starting XI with Paul Dickov appearing to favour Christian Montano and Matt Derbyshire as a strike partnership.
