'If It's Football, It's Vital'

So how good are we?

Brentford travel to table topping Tranmere for what could be an acute analysis of our promotion credentials.

Rovers have roared out of the blocks so far this season with 20 points from 8 games and have won all four of their Prenton Park matches.

Many Bees fans believe that their is real quality in the current Bees crop, so Saturday will help us gauge whether the players have the stomach for big performances against the division's leading teams.

The Bees might well be unchanged from the side which beat Oldham last weekend.

Tony Craig put in his best performance so far in a Brentford shirt so will probably keep the popular Leon Legge out of the starting XI.

Ryan Fredericks put in a fantastic cameo as sub last week but will probably have to wait for his chance to impress again from the bench.
