No Farid for Bees

Brentford host Crawley Town tonight at Griffin Park in the JPT but will be without striker Farid El Alagui who had a scan on his knee yesterday after being stretchered off the pitch on Saturday.

Brentford were 2-1 winners in the league against Town on Saturday but both managers are likely to rotate their squads tonight

Uwe Rosler is left with only two senior fit strikers - Paul Hayes and Clayton Donaldson - so may use tonight to test some other potential options such Stuart Dallas or Ryan Fredericks, presumably alongside Hayes. Additionally both Luke Norris and Antonio German scored against QPR for the Development squad on Saturday so will hope for a first team call up.

Richard Lee - returning from injury - will hope to get a chance to impress in goal whilst the likes of Leon Legge, Sam Saunders and Scott Barron will also be keen for a rare first team start.

Crawley boss Ritchie Barker may rest Gary Alexander tonight but has a plethora of other ex Bees in his squad including David Hunt, Billy Clarke and John Akinde. Defenders Claude Davis and Shaun Cooper remain injured.

It's cheap to get in to Griffin Park tonight (£5 for kids, £1 for adults) so come along and support the boys and let's get back on the road to Wembley. There's also 10% off most stuff in the club shop between 5pm-10pm and a further 10% off if you are a season ticket holder who hands in Promotional Voucher One.
