Bees bolster ranks

Brentford today signed two loanees until January 13th 2013

Marcello Trotta joins from Fulham. The tall striker is believed to be a Premiership star in the making and had attracted interest from the Championship. Trotta scored 8 goals in 8 games on loan at Wycombe last season.

Lee Hodson is a right footed full back who joins from Watford. 21 year old Hodson has started over 70 Championship games for the Hornets but has dropped down the pecking order a bit under the Gianfranco Zola regime.

Jake Bidwell has also signed a further extension to his time at Griffin Park.

Whilst Hodson might just be cover for the busy festive period it should be noted that Shaleum Logans current contract expires on January 2nd.
