JPT preview

Brentford travel to Southend tonight in the JPT with Jonathan Douglas again likely to be missing due to injury

Striker Marcello Trotta has also been struggling with a knock and is unlikely to be risked tonight.

Richard Lee could retain his place in goal following Saturday's draw at Blackpool whilst Uwe Rosler has loanees Lee Hodson and Rob Kiernan to add in to the mix after they were FA Cup tied at the weekend.

Jake Reeves has been recalled from his loan spell at AFC Wimbledon and could be plunged back into first team action whilst striker Antonio German will hope for some pitch time to impress against his former club.

Former Brentford striker Gavin Tomlin is likely to miss tonight's game through injury but Mark Phillips should start for the hosts.
