New Home Shirt.
15 July 2016 09:46 Post ID: #37900
Have you seen it, so what do we all think?

Loads of white with only 2 big wide red stripes, nice embroidered badges, sadly not castle though.

For me it's a very nice shirt, more wearable for those that like to do shirts on holiday etc, but it is not particularly sympathetic to our traditions.

Need to see the shorts and socks, if they are white as rumoured it'll be a no from me. To be fair tjhe new away shirt looks great.

Prefer the thinner stripes, more us than these bigger striped versions. You get used to any new shirt in time although I have never liked black kit as it always seem wrong to me, should be for the officials.

Prefer thinner stripes, and don't like the blue away shirt - too Chelsea. Could be worse though, if you go to Beesotted you can see what poor Sergi Canos will have to wear. Look like Popeye has sicked up his dinner all over it.

dont like the new home shirt last seasons was much better but anything is better than the Norwich away shirt that looks like some one has spewed up on a shirt after a bowl full of bernaise sauce and spinach
or maybe sprayed out the other end

I saw the shirt in action yesterday and don't like it. Because there are only two red stripes there is a large white section on the side of the body. This makes the players look fat. I was struggling to recognise the players, Sammy Saunders in particular just looked the wrong shape. The numbers are sh*t too, I suspect these might need to be changed because they are very hard to decipher.

Truth be told I liked it a lot less when I saw it at the game, it is lacking a red stripe under each arm. That and bolder numbers would solve it. The black kit is nice.

Hate the new one. Not enough stripes. Hate that we are now in the trap of a new shirt home and away every season. We used to take the mickey out of Man Utd for changing shirt every year. Now we're all at it and it normally takes me a whole season to get used to the shirt, although this years will never be right for me. I actually really like last year's to the point of having one!

Hello CB, where have you been mate?

I though i liked the home shirt until i saw it live so to speak, too much white for me.

Last year's was lovely - you are right. At least we've got the away sorted this time unlike that Chelsea effort from last year.

I've had nothing to moan about, Rebel. ;)

Am over for Newcastle, Derby away and Barnsley at home. Think Bish is trying to organise a northern soul night for after Barnsley match.
