Bumper Crop of Bees to face United

Brentford entertain a strong Colchester team tonight with a practically full strength squad to pick from.

Vital Quotes:

Andy Scott : 'The lads have got five weeks to show me that they want to be here and deserve to be here. We`re not where we want to be in the league'

Brentford Team News:

Brentford are boosted by the return of James Wilson (ban) and loanees Szczesny and Balkestein (cup-tied) for tonight's game.

Leon Legge put in a man-of-the-match performance against Walsall on Saturday so looks to retain his place, partnered by either Alan Bennett or Balkestein.

Szczesny is likely to replace Lewis Price in goal with Wilson coming in to the team at right back.

Myles Weston may also be fit for the game after recovering from hamstring trouble, but may be given a few extra days to fully recover.

Up front Charlie Macdonald and Rhys Murphy battle it out to partner Ben Strevens - with Carl Cort likely to have to make do with a place on the bench.

Mark Phillips remains a longer term injury victim.

Player to watch: Leon Legge

After hitting the headlines at the weekend, the imposing Legge needs to prove he is worth a starting slot against a lively attacking Colchester side.

Colchester Team News:

David Fox may return for the U's at the expense of Kem Izzet. Medy Elito returns to the squad after a ban.

Player to watch: Kevin Lisbie

The former Charlton man already has nine league goals to his name this season and has been in lively form.

Match Facts & Stats

Colchester have lost just one game in sixteen in all competitions.

Brentford have gone eight league games without a win, and drawn their last two home league matches.

Next Up for Bees :

Brentford travel to Tranmere on Saturday (5th December) for a 3pm kick off.
