Jamie Fullarton was brought in to boss our midfield in 2002/2003 after Steve Coppell's team had been dismantled.
The Scot joined us from Dundee United. His main contribution at Brentford was to point and clap a bit, oh and to give away free kicks.
In one game it was observed that he gave away a free kick after seven minutes, BUT HAD YET TO EVEN TOUCH THE BALL.
Fortunately we managed to get Southend United to take him off our hands the following summer.
In writing this article Condorman has discovered that he and Fullarton were born on the same day. He has found this news very very hard to take.
