Terry Butcher

Position

Manager

Pen Pic

Terry Butcher managed Brentford very poorly indeed in 2008.

Many fans were excited when he joined, thinking that he would add some backbone to a team which had lacked bite under Leroy Rosenior and Scott Fitzgerald.

He didn't.

Butcher departed Griffin Park after a 1-0 home defeat against Grimsby Town which prompted a demonstration amongst supporters in the carpark. Condorman was one of those protesters, mainly because he had had a pint in each corner pub before the game, plus a bonus second pint in the Royal Oak.
