3rd September 1979

Birthplace

Wimbledon

Height

5 ft 11

Position

Defender

Pen Pic

Frammo joined Brentford from Crystal Palace in 2002.

It wasn't until the arrival of Martin Allen, however, that he got a decent run in the team, and put in some hardworking, blood and thunder, performances at left back.

Sadly things demised when Allen departed and Frampton, who started playing as an emergency centre half, lost his form - making numerous high profile gaffes which lead directly to opposition goals.

In June 2007 he moved to Millwall, where his game continued to be error prone until his confidence started to return and he won over the Lions faithful - culminating in him winning their 2008/2009 Player of the Season award.
