What can we expect from Leeds?

What can we expect from Leeds?
Brentford take on Leeds at Griffin Park this Saturday and will be looking to bounce back after heavy defeats against Norwich and Middlesbrough. After having a whole week off, the players should be fresh and hopefully put their troubles behind them. However, in their way is a Leeds side on a decent run capped off with an impressive win at Huddersfield. An onlooker would not suspect that this is a club in absolute turmoil with their owner Massimo Cellino heavily criticized for his style of running the club. After recently sacking Dave Hockaday who only lasted six games, Darko Milanic has been appointed new head coach. Milanic has already said he will only make minor alterations to the team`s style of play and former caretaker manager Neil Redfearn will definitely be part of the first-team set-up and so maybe not too much will change.
But the big question is how will this affect the players? Many will surely be looking to put a performance in for their new manager to impress in his first game but all this chaos in the background cannot have been helpful for these players trying to focus on winning. We don`t know the extent to which Milanic will impose his own ideas on the team but we will find out on Saturday where a home win would see them leapfrog their opponents.
What does this all mean for Brentford? They may face a lethargic Leeds side perhaps one step off the pace and mentally tired as well as anything but from experience in this division it is likely to be anything but. Darko Milanic will be looking for a reaction from his players and will urge them to do something special for his first game. Wisely, he hasn`t changed much in the background and the players will see a lot of familiar faces around the training ground.
Brentford will see positives as Leeds will have barely talked with their new coach before coming to Griffin Park as his arrival was only announced on Wednesday and it will be hard to change anything before Saturday and if Brentford were to start lively, Leeds may find it difficult to cope with.

What test do you think Leeds will pose on Saturday? Most importantly, what will the result be?

You will face a side who play fast counter attacking football. They will be fully focused & Brentford will find them full of confidence, from last Saturdays performance against Huddersfield. I'm predicting a Leeds victory. MOT
